At Kyndl, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual
Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
The safety of children is our highest priority.
Adults-Only Platform
Kyndl is strictly for adults.
We do not allow minors to create accounts, access the platform,
or participate in any part of the service. Any attempt by a minor
to join Kyndl, or any attempt by an adult to involve a minor, is prohibited.
What We Prohibit
Kyndl strictly prohibits any content or behaviour that:
- Sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers minors
- Shares, requests, or promotes CSAM in any form
- Grooms, solicits, or attempts to establish inappropriate contact with minors
- Facilitates or coordinates any form of child exploitation
- Misrepresents age or attempts to bypass age restrictions
Our Actions
We take immediate and decisive action against violations:
- Removing content and blocking accounts involved in CSAE/CSAM
- Reporting CSAM to relevant authorities and organisations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Cooperating fully with law enforcement investigations
- Complying with all applicable child safety laws in regions where we operate
